On a recent Friday, one of my students asked me to borrow $20 dollars.  Don’t ask me why, but I lent it to him without even asking what he was going to do with it.  Fast forward to Monday and guess what he arrived with?  A brand new Tattoo!  It got me thinking of an article I read a couple of years ago about the popularity of tattoos.  The article features a woman named Jenny that many of you know from the Lower East Side Girl’s Club.  Read the article and watch this quick video:
